Abstract
Results: The median overall survival was 10.4 months. Multivariate analysis revealed that ECOG Performance Status ≥2 (HR 2.42, p=0.002), increased neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (HR 1.74, p=0.02), and modified Glasgow prognostic score 1-2 (HR 1.92, p=0.02) were independent negative prognostic factors.
