Abstract
A standard of screening of HCV carrier which is a cause of liver cell cancer is notestablished. We investigated the frequency of HCV antibody in subjects with human dock.We picked up the person whose value of AST either ALT >50IU/L from the person who receiveda check-up examination that department of health care carried out in 2000. And we carriedout HCV antibody test in second examination. We could confirmed three antibody positiveperson from 108 people, but a person of HCV antibody positive whose value of AST/ALT isnormal could not confirmed. We couldn't pick up surely HCV antibody positive group froma result of liver function test. So, we think that we should be added HCV antibody testto an item of examination.
