Abstract
In recent years, Chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients are increasing in number because aging is progressing in our country. The medicine which needs regulation of loss in quantity etc. is also in the antimicrobial drug used by many specialties, and the importance of proper use is suggested. We aimed at promoting proper use of the antibiotics at the time of renal dysfunction, and we built the antibiotics proper use check system. We extracted the patient who was administering the antibiotics from the injection order and the inspection value, and we constructed this system that was able to display the list of method and the estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) values etc. of the kind, the dosage, and the loss in weight of the antibiotics. The ward pharmacist checked these contents and performed the prescription proposal to the doctor. It decreased to one case by the prescription proposal for three months after the system had operated though the patient to whom measures of the loss in weight etc. were not done in the patient to whom eGFR administered the antibiotics by less than 15 were seven cases in three months before the system operated. We think that we can promptly do the prescription proposal by using this system, and were able to promote proper use for the antibiotics at the renal dysfunction.
