Abstract
A materials handling between the production lines plays an important part to realize a cost reduction in the mass production of the product. A product is distributed when that work piece is specially the thin film tare of the rubber which can't hold a form by oneself, or the plastic. That alignment precision and carriage time become the important elements for a line speed. In this report, the transport device of the work by the swirl flow is developed, the mechanism of the work piece carriage by the swirl flow is examined by the performance estimation of the device and a flow visualization.
