Abstract
The 2011th annual workshop on medical education in Juntendo University (Narita Workshop) took place in Narita, on July 15-16, 2011. In total, 205 people attended the workshop, including 114 faculty members, 27 graduates, 28 residents, 24 medical students and 12 administrative staff members. In the workshop, participants were divided into two committees (the medical education and graduate education committees), and they discussed proposals and perspectives on the present status of medical education in medical and graduate courses, and postgraduate clinical training.
