Abstract
Results: The analysis included 32 nurses and 14 nursing assistants who responded to the survey. The nurses’ scores for their perceptions of the nursing assistant roles did not differ between before and one month after the intervention, but their scores for their team approach increased. There was no significant change for the nursing assistants.
