Abstract
The article discusses the key aspects of the new regulations for the Title X Family Planning Programme proposed by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The impact that the drastic regulations could have in terms of altering the mix of health care providers and the range, quality, and effectiveness of services offered to support the reproductive health and childbearing decisions of low-income women, men, and adolescents in the U.S. are highlighted.
