Abstract
Radial artery graft vs. saphenous vein graft was associated with a lower risk of a composite of death, myocardial infarction or repeat revascularization over 10 years of follow-up. In 1,036 patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting, randomization to receive radial artery vs. saphenous vein graft was associated with the said outcomes in 41 vs. 47 events per 1,000 person-years.
