Abstract
A study was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of everolimus in slowing kidney growth in the case of patients with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD). Results indicated that everolimus was effective in slowing kidney growth; however, did not slow the progress of renal impairment.
