Abstract
A study was conducted to evaluate and compare the efficacy of catheter ablation as against antiarrhythmic drug therapy (ADT) in the treatment of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (AF). Results indicated that in the case of such patients who did not respond to ADT drug, catheter ablation resulted in significantly better outcomes.
