Abstract
The study attempts to evaluate the relationship between familial multinodular goiter (MNG) with and without ovarian sertoli-leydig cell tumors (SLCT) and DICER1 mutations. The results indicate that an association does exist between mutations of DICER1 and both MNG and MNG with SLCT.
