Abstract
A study was conducted to evaluate the different ligands implicated in attachment to oysters tissues of strains representative of two main genogroups of human norovirus (GI.1 and GII.4). The results provide insight into the virus binding epidemiological features of strains from different genogroups and the relationship with bioaccumulation which influence the seasonal variation on virus binding.
