Abstract
The article reports on a study to evaluate the benefits and advantages of clinical metagenomic sequencing for the diagnosis of meningitis and encephalitis. The results indicate that this form of sequencing helped improve diagnosis of neurologic infections among patients with meningitis or encephalitis.
