Clinicians' attitudes to clinical practice guidelines: A systematic review

Abstract
Attitudes of clinicians towards clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) based on surveys done between 1990 and 2000 were analyzed in January 2002. The surveys indicated that healthcare providers felt CPGs helped to improve quality but concerns about their practicality and their role in cost-cutting were also expressed.
