Abstract
The relaxor ferroelectric Pb([Zn.sub.1/3][Nb.sub.2/3])[O.sub.3]-0.08PbTi[O.sub.3] (PZN-0.08PT) single crystals is examined by using polarized micro-Raman scattering technique in a wide temperature range. The structure of PZN-0.08PT single crystal at low temperatures is shown as monoclinic and two structural phase transitions in the crystal are seen when the temperature is increasing.
