Abstract
Neutron deficient isotopes of elements Z = 86-92 have been produced by heavy-ion fusion reactions 12.sup.C + 208.sup.Pb, 209.sup.Bi, 22.sup.Ne + 208.sup.Pb, 51.sup.V + 170.sup.Er, and 50.sup.Ti + 170.sup.Er. The evaporation residues were investigated by means of [alpha]- and [alpha]-I3-spectroscopy after in-flight separation from the projectile beam by the velocity filter SHIP and implantation into a 16-strip position-sensitive Si-detector. New or improved decay data for 225, 226.sup.U, 216, 217m, 218.sup.Pa, 215, 216, 217.sup.Th, 214, 215, 216, 216m.sup.Ac, 214.sup.Ra and 213.sup.Rn have been obtained.
