Abstract
A surface plasmon resonance (SPR) analysis with kinetic resolution of two binding modes of itraconazole and the related drug ketoconazole (KTZ) is reported. SPR reveals a very slow off-rate for one binding orientation and multiphasic binding kinetics are observed.
