Abstract
A study shows the lack of progesterone receptor-heat shock protein 90 (PR-hsp 90) in intact target cell nuclei. It employed immunohistochemical and biochemical techniques to identify the location and content of the nonliganded (aproreceptor) and liganded (holoreceptor) PR complexes.
