Abstract
The article discusses the case of a familial hypogonadotropic hypogonadism involving a partial loss of luteinizing hormone function that was enough to trigger off normal spermatogenesis. The need for a better understanding of the intratesticular environment is necessary to help develop better strategies to treat infertility among men.
