Abstract
A study was conducted to analyze the influence of induced circadian desynchronization and resynchronization in the light-dark cycle on the longevity of hamsters supporting progressive heart disease. Experimental results showed that repeated circadian desynchronization supported harmful effects on the survival of hamsters. In addition, the temporal synchronization had a significant impact on the course and result of chronic cardiovascular disease.
