Abstract
Several complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) amplifier designs are proposed for Josephson-CMOS interface circuits. The first design is developed for accurate biasing and calibration of Josephson analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) while the other two designs are aimed at FIFO and pipelined random access memory applications. These circuits will serve as building blocks of Josephson-CMOS memories, ADCs and other novel devices.
