Abstract
With increased use of managed care, corporate benefits departments are facing new challenges, such as communicating benefits options to a more knowledgeable work force, dealing with upheaval caused by mergers and acquisitions, and centralizing benefits administration. The authors illustrate how some of these challenges are being met today through HMO network management.
