Abstract
Preparation procedure and tests to examine the capacity to cross external eukaryotic cell membranes were performed on unmodified oligodeoxynucleotides. A caveolar, potocytotic process, rather than endocytosis, is probably involved in the internalization of oligonucleotide. Electron microscopy was used in the analysis.
