Abstract
Isothermal titration calorimetry is a sensitive technique that measures the heat of reaction of two aqueous solutions when one is titrated against the other and has emerged as a powerful tool for studying the thermodynamics as well as kinetic aspects of complexation in biological systems. The findings state that DNA-based nanotechnology has generated interest in a number of applications due to the specificity, programmability, and reproducibility of DNA interaction with nanoparticles.
