Abstract
The article offers an overview of the obstacles, challenges and opportunities of pre-marriage counsellor and facilitator training in Hungary. It presents the first institutionally affiliated pre-marriage counselling program and the corresponding facilitator training. It summarises the feedback from the test course participants (eight couples and nine priests), and reviews options for development. Keywords: premarital counselling, skill-based program, facilitator training, marriage Der Beitrag gibt einen Uberblick uber die Herausforderungen, Schwierigkeiten und Moglichkeiten der Ausbildung der vorehelichen BeraterInnen und ProzessbegleiterInnen. Das erste institutionsgebundene Ausbildungsprogramm fur voreheliche BeraterInnen und die damit verbundene Ausbildung fur Prozessbegleiter werden vorgestellt, die Ruckmeldungen der Teilnehmer, d.h. der acht Ehepaare und der neun Priester werden zusammengefasst, sowie die Moglichkeiten der Entwicklung werden uberlegt.
