Abstract
The Pd-catalyzed C-N cross-coupling reactions of aryl iodides are examined and NaI is shown to have inhibitory effect on these processes. Catalyst systems based on biarylphosphine ligands are used for reacting aryl iodides with an array of primary and secondary amines in high yields.
