Abstract
Research has been conducted on acidic protein, malate dehydrogenase from halophile Haloarcula marismortui which possesses ion binding properties. The study of the solvation-solubility relationships has been carried out via the small-angle neutron or X-ray scattering profiles of the stable and folded malate dehydrogenase measured at different protein concentrations and the details are reported.
