Abstract
In this report we present radiation force model devised for interpretation of the data from the microaccelerometric experiment ”MACEK”on board of the proposed ”CESAR” satellite. Starting with a brief overview of the mathematical technique we concentrate on explaining the theoretical concepts. We focus on the external radiation effects - direct solar radiation pressure, pressure of the sunlight reflected on the Earth surface and pressure of the IR emission of the Earth. Our model includes several tiny details such as complete theory of the Earth shadow penumbra transition, atmospheric phenomena (both local and global) influence in context of the albedo effect or finite cone effects of the specularly reflected sunlight on the oceans. Numerical simulations of the MACEK device measurement are discussed and analyzed. On base of such synthetic data we consider the suitable strategy and side issues of the accelerometric scientific program.
