Abstract
Fotografía en B/N de formato vertical con marco blanco con un filo dorado que recorre todo el marco. En la parte inferior aparecen los datos del fotógrafo en dorado y en el reverso en sanguina. La carte de visite es una fotografía obtenida gracias a una cámara especial de múltiples objetivos que realizaba hasta ocho exposiciones de 6 x 10 cm que se cortaban de forma independiente y se montaban sobre cartón. Su nombre se debe a su tamaño, similar al de las tarjetas de visita. Fue inventada en 1854 por el francés Disdéri, y rápidamente se extendió por todo el mundo, y los retratos se pusieron de moda, favoreciendo la proliferación de estudios fotográficos. Su época de esplendor se mantiene hasta la década de 1870. L. Rubino fue un fotógrafo francés asentado en la ciudad de Marsella a mediados del siglo XIX.

Its heyday lasted until the 1870s. \nL. Rubino was a French photographer who settled in the city of Marseilles in the mid-19th century.
