Abstract
The Purpose of this study was to develop Collegiate Essential Skills Assessment for D college students. 170 samples was used to generated the factors through exploratory analysis. The sub-factors were analyzed to clarify the definition of the six core competencies of D University(righteous personality competencies, self-management competencies, cooperative communication competencies, problem solving competencies, creative challenge competencies, and future technological competencies). A total of 78 items including 2-4 sub-factors for each competency were drawn to test the final 6 core competencies. It is believed to be meaningful as a fundamental study that is important in fostering students as human resources suitable for the educational objectives of D college students.
