Abstract
The purpose of this study was to develop and apply integrative teaching professionalism model for supervision, teacher evaluation, and professional development. The study suggested the new integrative teaching professionalism model based on a multi-dimensional approach, considering the changes of school education in future society. The integrative teaching professionalism model includes basic assumptions, ideology and objectives, core values, practical strategies, performance expectations, and so on. The study also suggested six tasks for applying the new integrative teaching professionalism model in schools as follows: formation of collegiate school culture, principal’s instructional leadership, school centered integrative teaching professionalism, continual improvement for teaching and learning, true decision making within school building, and positive learning environment.
