Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the educational needs by examining the discrepancy between the perception of teaching competency and the desired level of recognition for broad-based innovation + school teachers. The research contents include basic competency, which are core competencies of teachers, class preparation, class operation, and evaluation and feedback. The subjects of this study were 81 teachers from regional innovation+ schools. The problems of this study are as follows. First, what are the differences in the importance and performance of teaching competency by school level? Second, what is the result of the analysis of Borich requirements for teaching competency by school level? Third, what is the result of The Locus for Focus model for each school level of teaching competency? And what about the educational requirements for each school level for teaching competency? As a result of the study, the collective intelligence was the highest among the 4 core competencies and 16 detailed competencies of regional innovation + school teachers. In addition, the discussion class was the most important in the innovation school class, and it was necessary for capacity building. This study will be helpful in broad-based innovation+ strengthening of school teaching capacity and improving the quality of teaching in general schools.
