Abstract
In the school, education for future as well as education for now are important. AI & digital competency is very essential to the students who live future. Accordingly, the necessity for AI & digital education is on the rise, and the need for teacher training to acquire the AI & digital competency is gradually increasing. So, in this study, an online survey was conducted for elementary school teachers to compose the customized AI & digital training program with teachers' level and needs. The results of the basic design of the training operation plan are as follows. First, the levels for customized AI & digital training program were divided into Beginner, Intermeadiate, Leader. The appropriateness of the training program level and operation form was verified. Second, through free narrative answers analysis of training program topics, customized AI & digital training program topics for each level were derived. Finally, a method for recommending customized AI & digital training by level was derived through the entire survey data.
