Abstract
Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the developmental disabilities of Busan and the parents of children with developme ntal disabilities who are willing to participate activity in the program, and a team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychotherapists. Methods : The sample of this study were 16 developmental delay children and their parents. After the team access intervention program, parents' parenting stres s pre-post-change and self-esteem pre-post-change were analyzed using Paired ttest. Statistical significance was α = .05. The correlation between parenting stress a self-esteem was confirmed using Pearson correlation analysis. The statistical sig-nificance level was α=.01. Results : The results of this study showed that cooperativ e team approach interventions significantly improved parents parenting stress and self esteem was also significantly reduced. And Parental parenting stress and selfesteem have a strong positive correlation with each other. Conclusion : These res ults suggest that it is necessary to discuss more ways of activating collaborative t eam approach intervention among the therapists in Korea.
