Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the impacts of self management on the game flow and player’s life satisfaction in the field of women’s Soccer. Total 250 questionnaires were distributed and 224 samples were used for practical analysis. Total 250 questionnaires were distributed and 224 samples were used for practical analysis. In the empirical study, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were done by SPSS 21.0. The results of this study were as follows: First, interpersonal relationship management of female soccer player showed significant influence on autotelic experience, sense of control, and challenge and skill of game flow, but did not have significant influence on loss of self-consciousness. And physical management has a significant impact on autotelic experience, sense of control, challenge and skill, and loss of self consciousness. Lastly, training management appeared to have a significant impact on sense of control, challenge and skill, but not on autotelic experience and loss of self consciousness. Second, interpersonal management and physical management among self management factors of female soccer players have a significant influence on both the tasks satisfaction and leader satisfaction. However, the results of the study showed that the training management has a significant impact on the task satisfaction, but not the leader satisfaction.
