This paper’s the first step to investigate the connection of samnoin and northeast local drama. To this effect this paper examine the structural reform and the historical situation of theatre for the chinese northeast drama, and substitute the result for the conclusion. 1) The Theatre Policy of Chinese Communists establish the theatre reform as an urgent problem on the basis of Mao’s and Zhou’s directions. 2) Mao’s and Zhou’s directions create the national form and the proletarian contents, and establish the theatre reform, the artist reform, the system reform. 3) At northeast region of China, The reform program are organized for an opera , northeast local drama , , and others. 4) ≪Er Ren Zhuan≫ was a widely known local drama, and laid the groundwork for molding the reform of northeast local drama. 5) On the basis of , and are reformed. modifies form into a beautiful melody and delicate feelings. modifies form into the use of stage properties and pulsatile instruments. 6) At the Chinese-Korean residential area, , and Samnoin are local performance repertories. 7) This paper is yet tolook into the connection of Samnoin, northeast local drama and .
