Abstract
[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationships between emotional leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment among youth sports facility employees in order to provide various academic insights regarding the significance and role of emotional leadership in enhancing job satisfaction and organizational commitment. [Method] To achieve the research objectives, data collected through self-assessment responses were subjected to various statistical analyses using SPSS v28.0 and AMOS v21.0, including frequency analysis, CFA model validation, Cronbach's α calculation, correlation analysis, SEM, and significance testing of indirect effects through bootstrapping. [Results] The hypothesis testing results revealed that emotional leadership significantly influences job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and a significant relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment was also confirmed. Furthermore, the validity of the indirect effects leading from emotional leadership to job satisfaction and organizational commitment was verified. [Conclusion] Given the unique characteristics of youth sports facilities, effective management of competent human resources through emotional leadership can play a pivotal role in enhancing organizational competitiveness. Therefore, it is essential for youth sports education facilities to evaluate the current level of emotional leadership within the organization and make efforts to enhance emotional leadership through various intervention strategies and practical applications.
