Abstract
This study is developed with the purpose of analysis on main cause of ratio expansion for non-regular workers in Japan. The results through analysis are as follow. First, non-regular workers of middle-aged class is growing in terms of analysis by age on the demand side and the reduction of regular workers continues in basic industry focused on manufacturing in the manufacturing sector. Second, additional employment desire ratio is high in the view of supply. Additional employment desire ratio is growing since industrial structure is reorganized due to prolonged economic recession. In additional employment desire case, the employment status of regular and non-regular worker is not influenced. Third, the determining factor of ratio expansion on non-regular worker has shown difference by gender. For man, service index is most affected and in terms of woman, it is shown that the more children they have, labor ratio of non-regular worker is expanded. Overall, in regardless of gender, the factor of ratio expansion on non-regular worker is due to business aggravation and servicitization(in the service sector particularly wholesale and retail business, food, lodging, training, Learning Support etc.) of industrial structure.
