The study aims to establish the relationship between the Ethical Leadership of Kumdo Instructors and their trust and performance. To that end, Seoul in October 2019. Gyeonggi, Gyeongbuk, middle school, high school, university, and unemployment teams were selected as the main players. Among the nonprobability sampling methods, 300 copies were collected using the convenience sampling method, and the questionnaires were to be answered through self-. The remaining 268 copies of the collected questionnaire were selected as the final effective sample and analyzed using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 18.0, excluding those that did not respond or responded insincerely. The result was as follows. First, the ethical leadership of the Kumdo Instructors has been shown to have a static impact on the trust of the Instructors. Second, the ethical leadership of Kumdo Instructors has been shown to have a static impact on their performance. Third, it has been shown that Instructors trust has a static impact on performance. It should be an effort to restore ethics in the sports world and a priority for front-line leaders. The systematic implementation of ethical leadership by leaders will restore confidence in the players, which will lead them to take voluntary action.
