As the COVID-19 pandemic occurs, interest in essential workers is increasing around the world. Various policy discussions are being held in each country to support and protect essential workers. However, it is highly likely that psychological counseling support and policies for essential workers will not be properly implemented as policies are established in a situation where research on satisfaction with essential workers has not been preceded. Accordingly, this study aims to examine the factors influencing the satisfaction of essential workers and derive policy implications. This study analyzed the factors influencing the Job satisfaction of essential workers for 221 essential workers in Goyang City in Korea. The results of this study are meaningful as they will help establish policies for essential workers.
