Abstract
The purpose of this study is explore the desirable direction for reducing unfair practices among teachers. To achieve the objective, the study conducted two research methods; literatures review and questionnaire survey. The concept of an unfair practice was defined as behaviors which violate legal status and essence of education. The study conducted a questionnaire survey on 1,000 school teachers. The conclusions of this study are as follows; First, some 90% of the teachers surveyed experienced unfair practices. Second, unfair practices were frequently occurred in school management. Third, there is no effective procedure and system to resolve unfair practices. In conclusion, it is necessary to emphasize training programs and supervision, to develop a work manual for school-based, and to prepare an explicit procedure.
