Today, as part of the spatial revolution led by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, smart homes are bringing great changes to residential spaces. This study attempted to empirically analyze the factors influencing the intention to use smart home technology. To this end, by applying an expanded technology acceptance model, in addition to perceived ease of use and usefulness, personal innovativeness and perceived enjoyment were included as antecedent factors of intention to use. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the factors influencing the intention to use smart homes had a significant positive (+) effect on perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment. On the other hand, it was found that perceived usefulness did not significantly affect the intention to use. In addition, it was found that the higher the personal innovativeness, the higher the perceived ease of use and usefulness, and the higher the perceived ease of use, the higher the perceived usefulness and enjoyment. Finally, it was found that the higher the perceived usefulness, the higher the perceived enjoyment.
