Abstract
随着中国互联网平台上券商金融创新产品的增加,与金融消费者切身利益相关的知情权问题亦越来越突出,在中国证券业的改革阶段,这些问题产生出具有现代性特征的危机,导致金融消费者这个弱势群体权益的保护出现严重偏差,亟待进行调整. 中国实务界因为立法保护的不足而存在困扰,与之同时,学术界的探索也缺乏深度和科学性,很多关键问题的解题思路需要进行摸索. 鉴于此,本文结合对中国券商的调研数据,就学术现状、现实挑战、基本概念、法律适用、解题难度、保障对策等主题展开阐论.
With the increase of financial innovation products on the Chinese internet brokerage platform, the vital interests of financial consumers related to the right to know is also increasingly prominent. these problems in China's securities industry reform period to generate the crisis of modernity, leading to the protection of the rights and interests of vulnerable groups appear serious deviation that needs to be adjusted. While Chinese practitioners for legislative protection of hollow and distress, found that a lack of academic exploration depth and scientific, a lot of problem-solving ideas to explore key issues urgently. In view of this, this paper on the Chinese brokerage research data, the academic status , real challenges, basic concepts, application of law, solving difficult security countermeasures on the topic to be explain.
