Abstract
This study examines the impact of CSR activities of eSports developers on authenticity, value congruence, and corporate image. To validate this study, an online survey was conducted among 325 eSports users nationwide. The results showed that donation/sponsorship activities and local cultural business activities had a significant impact on authenticity, and that authenticity also had a positive impact on eSports users' value congruence and eSports developers' corporate image. However, eSports users' value congruence did not have a significant impact on eSports developers' corporate image. The significance of this study is that it examined the CSR activities of representative eSports developers and confirmed the impact of eSports developers' CSR activities on eSports users' perceptions and eSports developers' image. We hope that this study will serve as a basis for further discussion on the CSR activities of eSports developers, which will continue to grow in the future.
