Abstract
eSports has been recognized as a sport externally as it has been adopted as an official event at the Hangzhou Asian Games. Apart from the situation where positive and negative positions are still mixed in relation to eSports, eSports is recognized as one of the leisure cultures. However, unlike the expansion of human voluntary participation and demands for life eSports for leisure, discussions related to daily eSports are relatively insufficient in scholar area. This study presented the limitations of daily eSports and the conditions for success at the discourse level. In reality, we was argued that it was necessary to support the legal system as the most important thing in the development of living eSports. This is because the facilities that make up living eSports meet to some extent, but there is a lack of legal grounds and educational programs or leader training. In which for daily eSports to succeed, it must be recognized academically and change society's positive perception of eSports. Life eSports without academic support is likely to be reduced to one sports’ genre due to the expansion of the field of sports.
