As interest culminates about the environmental-friendly building which the youth facility which is located in the city center started more necessary element operating about the environment-friendly. This environmental friendly element is the user take the effect of experience and education of natural environment Consequently this research application is possible in youth facility and analyzes the environmental plan element which will be erected in future about the youth facility.
