Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of training satisfaction and intention to continue training according to the instructor's instruction type on elementary school students training at a Taekwondo gym in China and provide basic data necessary for nurturing excellent instructors. To achieve this purpose, elementary school students training at a Taekwondo gym in China were selected as the population, and convenience sampling was used to select 379 elementary school students training at a Taekwondo gym opened in Yuning Province, China. Among the 379 survey results collected, 90 copies with insincere responses and missing questions were excluded, and a total of 289 copies of the data were used for processing the results. Among the data collected through the survey, the final valid sample excluding responses judged to be insincere or unreliable was analyzed according to the purpose of the study using the SPSS 23.0 program. In this study, the significance level of p<.05 was set, and the results obtained by performing frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple analysis were as follows. First, it was reported that the teaching type of Chinese Taekwondo gym instructors had a positive effect on trainees' satisfaction with training. Second, it was reported that the teaching type of Chinese Taekwondo gym instructors had a positive impact on trainees' intention to continue training. Third, it was reported that the training satisfaction of elementary school trainees at a Taekwondo gym in China influences their intention to continue training.
