Abstract
This study was conducted to establish the relationship between success influence factors and success performance factors of sports websites. To attain this end, this study analyzed survey data from a total of 405 adults who are active participants of sports for all and are using websites that provide sports-related information. Data collected from the questionnaire were processed and analyzed using SPSS 21.0 for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability testing, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The findings were as follows: First, as a result of examining the correlation between success influence factors and success performance factors of sports website, success influence factors showed positive correlation with all sub-variables (trust, immersion and satisfaction) of success performance factor. Second, as a result of examining the relationship between success influence factors and trust performance factor of sports websites, all of the sub-variables of success influence factor showed a positive influence on trust. Third, as a result of examining the relationship between success influence factors and immersion performance factor of sports website, it was found that immersion is positively influenced by success influence factors such as system quality, information quality and service quality. Fourth, as a result of examining the relationship between success influence factors and satisfaction performance factor of sports websites, it was found that success influence factors such as information quality and service quality have positive influence on satisfaction.
