Abstract
The flexible load is becoming the popular in electricity market. As the participants from the demand side, the flexible loads submit bids about the price and the quantity. These flexible ones don’t have to be satisfied completely. They are cleared according to the generators’ offering and the optimal power flow. The network constraints and the stability constraints also have to be taken into consideration. It has been formulated as a complicated optimization problem which doesn’t reach the convergence efficiently. In this paper, the improved PSO (particle swarm optimization) is proposed for the global optimization problem. The integrated simulated annealing market can make the PSO searching converge to the global best point in a gradually stable process. The simulation has confirmed the feasibility and the efficiency of the proposed algorithm.
