Abstract
With the adjustment of the strategy of the Chinese Navy and the expansion of the navigation scope of the ships, as an important carrier of Marine environmental information display, the security and reliability of electronic chart data transmission have been gradually raised and significantly concerned. In view of the particularity of electronic chart data, this paper designs the remote transmission technology of electronic chart based on C/S mode, and puts forward the optimization scheme of remote transmission system structure based on TCP protocol. On this basis, through the technical analysis of the cryptographic system, the RSA asymmetric encryption algorithm is applied to the electronic chart remote transmission process, and the improved RSA algorithm for electronic chart encryption and decryption is constructed. Finally, the functions of generating public-private key pair, loading public-private key pair, public key encryption and private key decryption for electronic chart are realized.
